Analysis of projects programmed in Asta Power Project, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Developing As Built Programmes on complex projects from poorly controlled project records.

We have been asked on a number of occasions to carry out an audit of the programme, its robustness, progress reporting and time risk reviews on projects.

Services provided include;

  • Lead Construction Manager for 10 months to close out the £60m factory remodelling and infrastructure works and integration with process installation for a new body in white automotive production facility, Oxford. The project involved numerous alterations to the existing production areas which remained operational. The key start of production date was achieved.

  • Employers Agent and Cost Manager, New Clubhouse and Infrastructure for new Clubhouse, Lincoln Rugby Club

  • Project management on new build and refurbishments for Developers and Private Clients, Lincolnshire

Training
