McMullan Construction Services Ltd provide Planning, Delay Analysis and Project Management Services.

Based in Lincolnshire we carry out assignments across the UK and internationally working on JCT, NEC and FDIC Contracts.

Project experience includes MOD, Automotive, Healthcare, Hotels, Leisure, Offices, Distribution Centres, Retail, Student Accommodation, Factories, Sports Stadia, Primary, Secondary and Higher Education.

We have the skills and experience to provide the time and project management support you need.

Good time management requires the ability to;

  • produce robust, logic linked programmes

  • progress and forecast completion accurately

  • provide support to manage change and mitigation

  • provide support to manage expectations, negotiations and dispute resolution

  • provide protection against LAD’s

  • communicate effectively to differing audiences

The business is led by Ian McMullan MCIOB who has over 35 years in planning and project management, including over 15 years as a business owner.

The planning software we use is Asta Power Project, Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

Ian McMullan MCIOB

Ian is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has over 35 years experience in the construction industry on projects ranging from small works to £450m in value.

The first 13 years where spent in construction programming and planning with a national contractor. The planning role also included, information control, material, plant and hired equipment scheduling, tendering, prelim management and cost control.

Ian then moved to a Lincolnshire contractor for 10 years where he moved into contract management and became a business director.

In 2008 Ian started McMullan Construction Services Ltd which provided contracting, construction management and consultancy services till 2014.

From 2014 the business has focused on providing construction planning and delay analysis.
